A bug in Snow Leopard capturing maximized windows?
Saturday, October 17th, 2009I have a MacBook Pro with Snow Leopard 10.6.1, and if I try to make a screenshot of a window with cmd+shift+4+spacebar, and the window is maximized, the image appears a few pixels cropped in the right and bottom parts... it seems that Leopard is making a screenshot at the same max resolution (1280x800 in my case) but there's no space when adding the border shadows.
As some friends reported, if you take a screenshot using Preview (File - Take Screen Shot - Window) it does the right thing, but without the border shadows, and it seems to be working in Leopard
Are you experiencing the same issue?
