Once a year, my best friends and I try to visit a new country, this time we have been seven days in London, UK
... and we have lots of geeky stuff to carry on! this time I left my DSLR at home, and I decided to give a chance to my iPhone 4 for taking pictures and HD videos.

And here comes the funny part...
In the last day, we had to take the plane from a different airport, Luton, and yes... we took the wrong train (red one), a train whose first stop is Market harborough, at 60 miles from the airport (at that time, we were at 2 hours to departure...), so we had to wait at the Market harborought until the next train (45 minuts... 1.25 hours to departure) and then, come back to Luton (1 hour... and if everything went well... at only 15 minutes to closing doors)
And you know what? we did it !! ;-)

The Mac Users Group (also known as, in Catalan: 'GUM: Grup d'Usuaris Macintosh') of Lleida, to which I belong, has presented its new website coinciding with the first anniversary of the Facebook group. Last saturday we had a great dinner with the entire crew after a public presentation of the website. (Keynote speech at the bar :D)
With Mac Lleida we want to create a place to share opinions, articles, questions and experiences with the world of Apple and Macintosh. Today the group has over 100 friends in facebook group from the region of Lleida.
Our main goal is, of course, to know new and great people that use Apple products in they everyday life, work, or wathever, and share lots of beers (but also breakfasts) with them.

I want to share something that happened this week, because not many shops will have such a good response with their clients, and they deserve a mention.
Insanely Great Tees is an online store where you can buy some funny and "geek looking" shirts, so we made an order some weeks ago with some friends and we received a wrong shirt, one we wanted was the "Steve Jobs for President" and we received the "I'm a Mac", so we sent an email to the customers support and the answer was really fast, they told us we could keep the wrong shirt and immediately sent us the good one.
We live in Spain and this store is in the US, our shirt arrived in only 2 days.
